Ishanee Roy

Ishanee Roy is the Head of Heat Pump Skills, Consumer Engagement and Scheme Delivery in the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. She had held a number of roles across several Whitehall departments, including HM Treasury and the Home Office.

An experienced team leader, Ishanee is adept at blending strategy, policy and delivery in her role, and has a track record of getting the most out of multi-disciplinary, cross-site and cross-organisational teams. Through her emphasis on collaboration and clear communication, Ishanee has delivered a number of high-profile projects, including the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund and multiple spending review settlements.
