Founder & Principal Business Coach , Plumber's AngelShareen Sinclair is the founder and principal business coach at Plumber's Angel. With over 15 years experience in the construction sector, she is dedicated to reducing the financial stress contributing to high suicide rates among tradespeople, as highlighted by Mind research in 2021. Growing up in West London to Caribbean parents, Shareen witnessed the toll of a tradesperson's life on her family. These experiences fuelled her commitment to positive change in the trades industry.
From commercial banking to property development, Shareen became a coach in 2005. During the 2020 pandemic, she focused on coaching plumbers. Shareen's mission is straightforward: to empower tradespeople to strengthen their mental resilience and business skills, transforming their businesses from burdens into assets and reducing stress in the process. Her approach combines addressing mindset barriers with practical business strategies, involving family in the coaching process.
